First Grade Supply List
Please be advised that each teacher may request additional items OR not need some items on this letter. The first-grade teachers suggest that parents provide the following items for their children at school:
Label items in bold print with your child’s name.
● Headphones needs a long pin (NO EARBUDS and NO WIRELESS)
● 1 basic plastic pencil box (size 8.5 ” x 5.5”)
● 1 pair of FISKAR child’s scissors
● 1 large backpack
These items should not be labeled.
● 4 boxes of CRAYOLA crayons (24 count)
● 20 glue sticks
● 1 container of wet wipes
● 1 package of pencils (12 count)
● 1 bottle of hand sanitizer (at least 8 oz size)
● 1 bottle of hand soap
● 3 boxes of tissues
● 6 black dry erase markers
● 4 rectangular pink erasers
● 1 package of cap erasers
● 2 spiral notebooks (one subject size)
● 2 PLASTIC folders with three prongs
● 1 package/ream white copy paper
Optional Items (These are not required)
● 1 package of colored pencils
● Gallon or quart-size ZIPLOCK bags
● Playdough
● 2 container of Lysol wipes
● 1 ream of colorful copy paper
