Welcome to Prairie Lake Elementary!

We are dedicated to serving the educational, emotional, social, and physical needs of every child who attends our school.  We believe that every child can learn and it is our duty to ensure that every child reaches their maximum potential.  We are committed to continuously improving our practices and to supporting our students, families and each other.

We prepare 21st Century learners for success for higher education and careers by providing our students with a rigorous and relevant educational experience in Reading, Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics.  Beyond the classroom, we offer over 20 clubs and organizations, at no charge, for students to participate in from academics, arts, athletics, service, science, and technology.

Parent and community involvement is crucial to our students’ success.  I encourage you to participate in our Parent Teacher Association, School Advisory Council, and to volunteer at our school. Our strength is in our diversity of experiences and ideas united to better our school and students.

I want to thank all of you who have chosen Prairie Lake as your school home. For those who are searching, I encourage you to schedule a tour and see the Prairie Lake difference.
