Fifth Grade Supply List
Whole Class Usage:
• 2 Packs of 30 Pre-Sharpened #2 Ticonderoga Pencils
● 1 Pack of Crayons OR Colored Pencils (Note: If you choose colored pencils, please also purchase small pencil sharpener since they tend to break our class electronic one)
● 2 Scissors
● 2 packs Elmer’s Glue Sticks
● 1 Pencil Pouch/box (to hold crayons, scissors, glue, etc.)
● 4 Wide-Ruled Spiral Notebooks (red AND purple)-TWO of each solid color
● 2 composition notebooks (green AND blue)
● 2 Boxes of Kleenex
● 1 Pack of Wide-Ruled Loose-Leaf Paper
● 2 Pack of Post-its
● 2 Containers of Lysol/Clorox Wipes
● 4 PLASTIC Pocket Folders with Prongs (1 blue, 1 green, 1 red, 1 purple)
● 2 Pack Black Expo Dry Erase Markers
● 2 Reams White Copy Paper
● 2 medium or large bottles of Hand Sanitizer
● 2 Pairs of Headphones or Earbuds (non Bluetooth headphones)- label in bold print with your child’s name
● 2 packs of index cards
● 2 packs of Band-Aids
● 1 box of Ziploc bag (sandwich OR gallon size)
